Refunds

Pre-recorded lecture library

·       We are only able to provide a refund for the pre-recorded lecture library BEFORE the date at which access to the material is available to you (i.e. the date the material is available for you to stream from the website, either from the start of the subscription date, or the date you are issued a username and password if you are purchasing access after the date the material becomes available for that subscription)

·       If a refund is required BEFORE the date at which material becomes available (i.e the start of that subscription, or the before date you are issued a username and password), 100% refund is available.

·       AFTER this date, 0% refund for the pre-recorded lecture library will be issued (i.e after you have received a username and password and have been able to access a live subscription session)

Virtual/ Face-to-face course

·       100% refund if cancellation within 8 weeks of virtual or face-to-face course.*

·       50% refund if cancellation within 4-8 weeks of virtual or face-to-face course (unless we are able to fill the space with someone on the waiting list, in which case a full refund will be given for any parts of the course we are able to fill)*

·       If cancellation is <4 weeks from course date, 0% refund will be given (unless we are able to fill the space with someone on the waiting list, in which case a refund will be issued for any parts of the course we are able to fill)*

·       *PLEASE NOTE: You will only be refunded for the aspects of the course which you have not had access to. Therefore, refund will only issued for the virtual and face-to-face aspect of the course if you cancel AFTER the date which the pre-recorded lecture library was available to you (i.e you will not receive a refund for the whole course fee if you cancel the virtual or face to face aspect after the date at which you have access to the pre-recorded lecture library, and this fee will be deducted from your total refund)

Refunds when booking multiple courses

·       Please note the FRCR Course is held in Cardiff, India and Hong Kong. Please book the most appropriate course for your region.

·       There is significant overlap between the material covered on each course, so no additional advantage to attending courses in both Cardiff and Internationally.

·       The refund policy will apply to anyone who books courses in two different locations (for example Cardiff and Hong Kong, or Cardiff and India) and then seeks a refund for one of their bookings.

However, we are happy to consider refunds on an individual basis when extenuating circumstances necessitate. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if that is the case, though we will only refund aspects of the course that have not been accessed/attended (for example, we would not refund the money for the pre-recorded lecture if an individual could not attend the face-face training days after having had access to the virtual lectures). We would ask for as much notice as possible to allow us to contact trainees on the waiting list – this will help us support the training of other doctors. We cannot guarantee a refund if insufficient notice is given but would look to see how we can help, for example by partial refund or by offering an opportunity to attend a future course if that may suit.
